Programs
Associates Degree
The Academy's Associate Degree is awarded by Parkland College in Champaign, Illinois. This is a two year degree program that includes SST courses, general education and Computer Aided Drafting courses.
Certificate Program
The Academy's Certificate is awarded by the Illinois Fire Service Institute at the University of Illinois. To complete the certificate program, students will be required to finish the first two semesters of classes required at the Academy.
Real World Projects for Students
As part of the Academy Curriculum, students must layout, calculate, submit, survey, and list real projects from real contracting offices. The time they spend working on these projects is part of the lab hours established within the certificate and degree programs.
